Computer side scrolling, resolution problem, desktop sliding

When i put my mouse to the side of my desktop it side scrolls. it does it to everything, like the computer is not going to stay still. It says it is at the right size but it looks like someone is using the magnifier on the entire page. Also everything is zoomed in.
Please help immediately. |
