Being Southern, i am always amused at the Hollywood Southern accent.
I watched some simpy Hallmark movie for about 20 minutes last night,
and it was set in the South in the '40s. Everybody said "suh" for "sir,"
and "whey-uh" for "where." LMAO.
Get a clue dumbasses, real Southerners don't talk like that. I grew up
in rural GA and never in my life heard anyone say "suh" for sir.
We say "sir" just like you do, at least the white people do.
btw, there was the usual dumbo-eared kid in this movie. He didn't
ever say anything, so I guess couldn't act and was hired for the ears.
What is it with the ears? I see big-eared kids in commercials and
on the screen a lot. |

I liked Sweet Home ALabama... that cute blonde chick is Meg Ryan's perfect successor!
Did she grow up in Alabama? I didn't notice an 'ACCENT' |
