I happened to find this way to convert online flv videos to xbox/360. I like the software very much. And I'd like to share with you. Please reply me with your method.
I'm using a software called flv to video converter. You can google it if you are interested.
1. download the video (it will automatically be saved to your hard disk)
2. convert the video to wmv
3. upload it to xbox

 Thanks for your sharing, good luck and I am going to have a try since Some of my friend are using the Moyea Flv to Video Converter to convert videos........
