Whenever I want to watch a movie that is on my computer, it always starts out fine in the beginning. Then, when it gets toward the middle, all of a sudden, the movie freezes and the sound stops. I`ve made sure that my volume is up, and it is. And I don`t know how to get the movies to work. Both of my parents don`t know what to do, so I decided to get help here. Does anyone know how to fix this?
