Welcome shinigami! This is a place where can become shinigami (shinigami means soul reaper). These are the 13 squads in Seireitei( also knowns as Soul Society) Each Squad contains a Captain, a Vice Captain and then you just have regular members from then on. So join and fight other squads.

You must know what these are or if you don't we'll explain:

Gigai
Also Taicho is Captain and Fukutaicho is Vice Captain. Also a squad can go farther then 3rd seat, it goes 4th seat, 5th seat and so on.
