Hi. I am trying to find the name of a movie I saw six years ago, it was really beautiful. It was a French movie about a girl living with her family and her tomcat by a lake. In the middle of the lake there is a house where a famous publisher lives. The girl spend hours in the garage with her tomcat reading bawdy novels and in the end she writes her own novel. The man on the island publishes it without anyone knowing who the author was. The novel proves to be a huge success and a very eliberating book about free love. After a serie of events, the girl runs away with the publisher in a boat taking her tomcat with them.
If anyone can help me out with the name of the movie, I would really appreciate it. Thanks. |
