Sure there are always going to be good musicians, there are plenty of them: Michael Kiske, Hansi Kursch, King Diamond, etc, but there are also a group of musicians that I feel are part of the "upper echelon" of metal musicians and songwriters.
These are what I like to call Metal Geniuses.
They are the metal elite, and have created some of metals most amazing pieces of work to date.
Who are YOUR metal geniuses.
Mine are: Daniel Gildenlow, Devin Townsend, Ihsahn, Garm, Toby Driver, Mike Patton, Blakkheim, Arjen Luccasen, Lars Nedland, Cornelius Jakhelln, Dan Swano, and Vladimir Cochet. |
