Clerical
Position
A current opening exists in
our fast-paced Irvine office for a full-time clerk
to assist in the processing of incoming and
outgoing bills.
This is a 40-hour per-week, entry-level
position where the right person may earn the
opportunity to become a bill-review coder.
Many of our clerks have been promoted to
coders after proving themselves in this position.
High school graduate with typing or 10-key
skills desired.

Sr.
Fee Schedule Research Analyst
A current opening exists in
our fast-paced Irvine office for a Sr. Fee
Schedule Research Analyst. In this position you
will evaluate industry developments to update
company products and procedures by performing the
following duties.

Reviews
industry publications/fee schedules and
monitors pending legislation and regulations
to determine impact of new developments on
company products.
-
Consults
with designated company personnel to
disseminate information necessitating changes
in language and assists in preparation of
documents or directives needed to implement
changes.

Writes
and maintains technical specifications and
training material
-
Performs
validation and testing of programming to
ensure adequacy, or determines need for
reformulation.
-
Prepares
reports to management defining problem,
evaluation, and possible solution.
Evaluates implementation and effectiveness of
research.
Consults
with developers to analyze and understand
functions to be automated, client needs,
objectives, desired features, and input and output
requirements.

Qualifications
Education
and/or Experience
Four
to ten years related Workers' Compensation
experience and/or training; or equivalent
combination of education and experience.

Ability
Ability
to solve practical problems and deal with a
variety of concrete variables in situations where
only limited standardization exists. Ability to
interpret a variety of instructions furnished in
written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
