Hello,
I run an internet cafe in Africa. Some of our customers have been asking for games, so we purchased a few games like Call of Duty 4, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, Resident Evil, etc. Our problem is... the game CDs/DVDs are taking a beating from over usage. We tried backing some of them up but the backups do not seem to run (games only run when you have the original CDs in the optical drive). Some disk have been so scratched they do not run anymore.
Is there a way to install the games and run them from the hard drives instead of the CDs? Also, since internet connectivity is at a premium here in Africa, can anyone recommend other interesting games that do not require online subscription to be played.
Your help is much appreciated. |

I was going to go to our local mall today, I'll check out the PC section and give some game ideas. But maybe you could try out EA Games The SIMS. That was a big hit here in America. |
