DOES THIS GAME EXIST?

My little boy loves the graphics and exploring aspects of, say, Half Life2, but the killing etc. is way innappropriate for him. Can anyone steer me towards a modern example of what I am describing? P.S. please assume I know next to nothing about the modern gaming scene. Thanks.

Depends on how old he is but maybe later on you could always let him play the virtual stock exchange. I find it to be quite fun and informative.
