PSP QUESTIONS-NEEED SOME ANSWERS! PLEASE IT'S URGENT !!!!!!

i got some questions about the psp do all games work on the console??? the umd movies needs to be pal or ntsc to work if the console was pal or ntsc right ? or do they work without needing a region code pal or ntsc??? do the games have a region code ntsc or pal or they don't they just work on any psp without needing a region code? is there a difference in the hardware between the three psp packs the value pack the core pack and the entertainement pack?? plz i need answers pm me thx

Well, I'll answer the first one, then I'll read the rest.
The answer to that is No(it's crazy but true).
It depends what Country you live in, say you live in Europe, you can't play any of the American games, it's the same way with if you live in America, you can't play Europian games.
I personally wish it wasn't like that.
