The only dubs I like are Fullmetal Alchemist and Yuu Yuu Hakusho... Rurouni Kenshin is an okay dub, but some things could be changed to make it better.

I would say both.

1) being the fact that I'm lazy I'd rather not read subs
...BUT...
2) The voice acting is so bad in some dubs it makes me laugh ((fruits basket for example))

No but I had at first went to youtube and I wanted a dub, I clicked on subbed by accident and I watched it enought to hear all the original voices. I clicked out of it and try to watch it in dubs and I start rofling because the voices sounded so funny

The only thing about it that bothers me is that the anime stops short of the actual end of the series.

1.Do you prefer subbing or dubbing?
Subbing...

2.a)If you chose subbing, why?

I think, mostly, when you here the original dubbing of the anime,
you get the feeling that the english(or others) dubbings are a rip off...

Sometimes, it's really disappointing...
Add to that, sometimes they don't even pronounce the other names right.

So far the anime that I liked the english dubbings is
FURUBA! It was really good ^^

3.What do you hate about either?
Sometime the subs are wrong in grammar and spelling...
even though it's original...

Dubs, sometimes when there are Japanese words shown,
It's not explained though not all subbings translate everything...
but at least some explains it ^^

subbing is way better than dubbing because like everyone said they let stuff out in dubbing
and the subbing has all the bad words in them

Yeah, it does... some dubs have better-suited voices than the Japanese versions do... >.>
