| u need firmware 1.5 to do anything remotely like what you want. There is no current downgrader for 3.11. Until there is dont upgrade! |

| there is a way to run Windows 98, nd many linux OSs from your PSP as i have seen it done. Probably too challenging for this n00b tho. |
